1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, booking a discovery call, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are contacting us on behalf of a patient (e.g. a family member), you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. Scope of Services
OmLina is a healthcare concierge and technology platform. OmLina is not a hospital, clinic, or direct healthcare provider, and does not practice medicine. Surgical procedures, clinical diagnoses, and prescriptions are provided exclusively by licensed, accredited hospital partners and their surgeons. OmLina's role is matching, logistics coordination, bill auditing, and case management around that care.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Hospital recommendations and cost and wait-time estimates are informational aids, not medical advice or a binding diagnosis. Final treatment decisions, pricing, and scheduling are made between you and the treating hospital.
4. Payments
This website does not take payments. Any fees for OmLina's services, and any payments to a hospital, will be explained to you in writing before you agree to them.
5. Visa, Travel & Concierge Plans
Concierge tiers describe what is covered if complications extend your stay abroad, as disclosed at plan selection. OmLina coordinates visa filing but does not control visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority; see your concierge tier for the contingency path if a visa is delayed or refused.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmLina's liability arising from use of the platform is limited to amounts paid to OmLina directly (excluding amounts paid to third-party hospitals, airlines, or visa authorities). OmLina is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent hospital partners, surgeons, airlines, or government agencies.
7. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
